Pursuant to Article 27(2) of the Air Navigation

(Colonies Protectorates and Mandated Territories)

Order 1927, I, SIR GEOFFRY ALEXANDER STAFFORD

NORTHCOTE, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished

Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and

Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its

Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same, hereby

grant this my permission for the flight by Mr. James

W. Fisher within this Colony of the following air-

craft namely, one Boeing Airplane Model 247-D Mfg.

Serial No. 1952 fitted with two engines, P.W. Model

SIHIG Nos. 5818 and 5889.

This permit is valid for the period 16th July, 1938

to the 23rd July, 1938 and is expressly limited to so

much of the flight of the said aircraft as is within

the limits of the Colony.
